HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR NEW TAN

Shower and shave all areas prior to your appointment.

Make sure to exfoliate your entire body with a washcloth or loofah. Shower and shave preferably the night before.

Do not use scrubs with oils.

Do not apply lotions, they prevent the tanning product from making direct contact with your skin.You can wear deodorant sparingly, but is not recommended for best results.

Wear comfortable, preferably dark colored cotton clothing and a bathing suit or garment of preference to be tanned in; the solution washes out of most clothing. You may wear as little or as much as you are comfortable with.

Keep tan lines in mind, they can not be filled or blended after.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR NEW TAN

DO NOT shower for at least 6 hours.

DO NOT exercise until after you shower. Perspiring prior to your shower alters the chemical reaction of the spray tan applied, changing its color, possibly leaving you streaky.

DO NOT get wet! If you do, you will stop the tanning action of the DHA

DO NOT apply moisturizer, exfoliate or rub your skin.

DO avoid scrubs, long hot showers and baths.

DO apply moisturizer frequently AFTER your first shower. This will help prolong the life of your airbrush tan (up to 7-10 days).

DO avoid chlorine from pools or jacuzzis as they can cause your tan to fade faster.

DO ask your Spray Tan Technician about Norvell premium aftercare products to extend the life of your tan.
